At Okanagan Bake House we offer one of a kind, delicious, and healthy breads that nourish the body, mind and soul. Opening our doors in 1995, we utilize the skill of our head master baker; trained in Germany and having decades of experience in traditional old world methods.
We offer a variety of organic breads, from sourdough white, to flax (45% flax seeds), to sprouted spelt, to traditional German ryes.
We are committed to creating our bread according to our values, among which include:

Among our pastry selection, we offer traditional European torte, crisp apple strudel, pound cakes, tarts, Danish and various seasonal selections…using natural ingredients such as whipped cream, free range eggs, and butter.
